Taking a turn behind the camera for the season finale, Jennifer Love Hewitt will direct the upcoming two-hour episode of “The Client List.”

Speaking about her new role to Entertainment Tonight, the 34-year-old actress shared, “[I’m] bossy, I talk a lot. …. I’m always the one yelling, ‘Let’s go!, Hey!, Are we ready?, Guys?, How’s it going?’ I try to give as much positive reinforcement as well. But yeah, I’m definitely wordy as a director I think. Someone told me I direct with testosterone, which I’m not really sure what that means, but I’m gonna take that as a compliment. I think that means I have cojones when I direct, which is nice.”

As for the season two ending, the “Heartbreakers” star reveals, “What isn’t going on in the season finale?… My husband’s back, my kids are happy, Evan has a girlfriend, Riley and Evan are still not kind of sure how to sort of deal with how they felt about each other and what’s going on. … There will absolutely be drama. There will absolutely be a question mark on it. There will absolutely be hot and steamy things that you will not be expecting this season from Kyle and Riley, and Evan and Riley, and when we end the season nothing will be as it was.”

On a different note, Jennifer confirmed that her style icon is another Jennifer – Ms. Lopez, that is. Gushing about the lovely Latina, Ms. Hewitt told ET, “Yes, I love her! I just think she always looks great and we have similar shapes in that we’re curvy and sort of similar skin tone stuff so if I see her in something, I sort of go out and find my own sort of similar vibe and it tends to look good. I just always think she looks fabulous…and she’s JLo and I’m J-Love.”

A day after announcing that she is pregnant with her first child, Jennifer Love Hewitt continues her happiness streak with the news that there’s even more love in her life.

Hewitt and the father of her child-to-be, Brian Hallisay, both 34, are engaged to marry, PEOPLE has confirmed.

“Yes,” said her rep, “they are engaged.”

The couple were costars on the NBC series Love Bites and later reconnected while working together again on their Lifetime show, The Client List. They have been together for about 15 months.

Jennifer Love Hewitt is about to add mommy to her resume.

The Client List starlet, 34, is expecting a child with costar and real-life beau Brian Hallisay, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

“This is a wonderful time and we are looking forward to starting our family together,” a statement reads.

The baby on the way will be the first for Hewitt and Hallisay, 34.

In addition to her acting, the mom-to-be has also been a strong supporter of embracing a woman’s body — curves and all! — after unflattering photos of the actress on the beach surfaced in December 2007.

“Love what you look like right now — and remember I said it 10 years from now because it’s the greatest gift I can give,” Hewitt told PEOPLE after debuting her new svelte shape in June 2010.

Despite loving the skin she’s in, Hewitt may ride out her pregnancy in her favorite attire: sweats!

“This is going to sound weird, but I’ve cut down on the lingerie a lot in my own life because I wear it all the time [on TV],” she says. “So it’s like I don’t want to go home and even think about another cute bra and panties set. I’m over it. So I’m a soft, cozy, T-shirt or tank top and big, baggy sweatpants girl.”
